EXCHANGE POLICY
- For exchange please make sure to contact me within 2 weeks after the arrival of your order. Please send me an email, I will provide you the address where to send your item. Once the item is received, I will send out the new order for you.
- No returns are accepted
- If there was any manufacturing problem, please send me an email with photos attached and a brief explanation of the issue of the items.
- If your package was delivered because you entered the wrong address, two possibilities will follow. 1) if the package successfully gets returned to our manufacturer, we can reship it to your correct shipping address with a small fee of extra shipping charge. 2) but if the package is lost in the process of delivering the order to the wrong shipping address, I can not send you a new package or refund. Considering the package was lost due to the customer’s error, I will not be responsible for that. Please check your shipping address thoroughly, and make sure to put your apartment number if you have one. If you think you put the wrong address when you were ordering, please contact me asap. And the latest in 48 hours after purchasing from the shop.
